I got a lot of casual work recently

I got casual work almost everyday.

I walked into several schools and hand over my CV, approval, my anaphalaxis and emergency care to them.
Those schools who have class cover will invite me and put to their list.

If you can manage the class well, they'll keep calling you. Hope that helps for those who are trying to find work in schools.

I've heard a similar story throughout my searches, but can you tell me how the school / supervisor checks that you have "managed the class well"? Does the regular teacher note student's feedback? What is it that makes a good impression at the end of the day?
